Each of these classic games holds priceless nostalgic value. Unfortunately the actual game-play has not aged as well as the memories have. In search of a spiritual successor to these childhood treasures I have stumbled upon games that capture the original essence while innovating on the design. They serve as a testament to how far board games have come and how much life a new coat of paint can breathe into a well designed object.
